Our 2017 Annual Meeting will be held February 4-7 in Minneapolis, MN.
The meeting begins at 1:30 pm on Saturday, February 4 at the Radisson Blu in downtown Minneapolis. Our time Sunday thru Tuesday will be at the Minneapolis Crowne Plaza. The meeting concludes at 4:30 pm on Monday, February 6.

The deadline for Meeting Registration is January 5, 2017. Late Registration will cost an additional $100 per person.
Note: Livings Stones Coordinators need to arrive on February 3 and depart February 8 for pre- and post planning meetings.

Meeting Registration Fee: $200 per person
Registration include attendance at the meeting and 4 meals: Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch, Monday lunch, and Monday dinner. All other meals, including all breakfasts, will be on your own. Please let us know of any allergy or other food issue on the registration form.
Scholarships are available! We are blessed to be able to offer a limited number of scholarships to cover registration fees and hotels costs, subject to the amount of financial resources we have to share. Individuals should send a request with the amount requested directly to Manuel Padilla, Treasurer, Living Stones Partnership, 711 Michigan Avenue, Crystal Falls, MI 49920 by December 15, 2016. Institutional Partner team members should work with their Living Stones Coordinator to consolidate any other requests from that institution.
Each participant is responsible for making their own travel arrangements in order to arrive at the Radisson Blu Hotel by 1:30 pm on Saturday to begin the meeting.
The Minneapolis/St. Paul airport is 12 miles from the hotel. There is no hotel shuttle. A cab will cost between $35-40, plus tip. There is a light rail system from the airport to downtown within 2 blocks of the Crowne Plaza. It is $2.25 one way.
Parking is available for $22 per night and $18 daily rate.
Each participant is responsible for making their own hotel reservations. To receive the group rate (shown below), your reservations must be made no later than January 8, 2017.
A special group rate of $89.00 + tax (based on single/double occupancy per room per night) is available at the Crowne Plaza. The group rate will be honored up to 3 days before meeting date and 3 days after for those wishing to extend their stay.
